Hi. I have used the password manager since 2022, but recently I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I found out that the old app was discontinued, but I was able to install both the old and the new apps. However, my passwords aren’t in any of them. It recognizes my email, I can log into avast website, but can’t retrieve the password list. I know the old master password, but no other.
Hi. Have you added the extention yet in your browser? have a read through these.
It was a lot easier to explain when the old manager was still working as there was a button to transfer passwords but if that has now gone then im not sure how you transfer from the old to the new.
