Avast Password Mobile

Hello,

I previously had the app installed and working on my iPhone. After changing the password of my Avast account, the phone app will no longer work. It requests the password but all I get is an error. It says : “Please log on with your avast account password. This is because your password was recently changed on the website.” When I enter the password I get a pop-up that says “Login Unsuccessful. Invalid state.” On my iPad it doesn’t even give an error, it just clears the password field even time I click confirm. That gives? I want EasypPass back, was a much better product.

Any solution for this? Haven’t had access to the app in 7 months cuz of this issue

Are you able to login to id.avast.com and do you have access to Avast Passwords on Windows?

Yea I can log into the site just fine.
I don’t use avast passwords on pc

You could try the “old” account password. Other than that, there is, unfortunately, nothing else we can do.

Anyone that is having this issue…the solution is to disconnect from the internet and then open the app. It will allow you access to your passwords.

Thank you for posting the solution, Kris. I was having the same issue. Kind of crazy that the official Avast response was “Sorry, nothing we can do.”
