I formatted my phone after which I re-installed Avast Passwords app. But I cannot sign in anymore, it gives a captcha and then doesn’t sign in, the application stops working. I really need help with this as all my passwords are stored in Avast Passwords (v1.6.4).
Sounds like a glitch with the old version. Try clearing the app’s cache/data, then reinstall and make sure you’re using the latest Avast Passwords version. If it still crashes after the captcha, log in through your Avast Account on their website first, that usually fixes the sync issue.
I guess the latest version is 1.6.4 only, and I did everything with the app and still cannot sign in. Above all, Avast doesn’t have any proper support criteria, I cannot even raise a ticket for this. Worst experience.
