I currently have Avast Internet Security, I had the extension installed but it said it wasn’t connected to the program and when I reinstalled the extension the error in the attached picture came up and now Passwords no longer installs correctly. Clicking on the extension reveals a grey box that does nothing. Any ideas on how to fix?

Update, I uninstalled the extension however the program is still saying that it is installed.

Final update. Solved the issue by installing from the chrome extension store itself.
