Avast Passwords problems

Hello,

First of all, I really love this app and the possibility to have it on all my devices (windows pc, macbook air, android phone) as well as being able to store credit card details.

Problems have started yesterday after I added more fingerprints to my android device authentication - that’s when avast passwords fingerprint unlock turned off. The thing is providing my master password would not unlock it either. Following the instructions, I’ve uninstalled Avast Passwords to reinstall it and start over. Went to Google Play store, Games & Apps > Library and… it wasn’t there! Now I am not able to install it at all :frowning:

Please help me, I really love your software and have been using it for several years…

Concerning the master password.
After 5 attempts the application is locked and you will have to wait a few (5) minutes before you can once again attempt to unlock using your master password. Bear in mind, the master password is set by you and we can not recover it. https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Passwords-FAQ/#idt_7110
