Avast Passwords Stored Online or on PC ?? (( SOLVED ))

Hi all,
I have been trying out BitWarden,… I installed windows 7 fresh install no other drives attached to my Ryzen as an experiment.
After I installed BitWarden to Firefox I signed into BitWarden and all my passwords appeared, so they were stored Online against my wishes.
Now !
Question: Are Avast Passwords stored ONLY on my PC ??
I will need to change All my passwords once I have my answer.
