Avast Plugin can't get loaded into Outlook 2003

Hi there,
i deployed Avast Buisness Protection an several Clients via the Administrator Console.
On two of them i get following error message when starting Outlook 2003:

The Add-in “avast!” (C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\ashOutXt.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

However, on the other Clients within the domain, everything works fine.
I read a few topics in this forum about this problem and i tried to delete the extend.dat, but i could not find this file.
I checked that also the hidden elements are visible to me…

Do you have any hint for me what to do next?

Well you can check if ashOutXt.dll exists in: C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast.

Of course the mentioned file is present.
However I opened an support ticket. I’ve been told, that this is a known bug and it will be fixed in the next Update.
