Hi all, been using Avast Internet security for the past year, and this year decided to go with the Premier version, I purchased it yesterday and was sent an activation code by email, uninstalled the old version using the Avast uninstall tool in safe mode, and installed the Premier version, when I try to enter the activation code it tells me it is expired, how can this be possible when I just purchased it yesterday. thanks for any direction on what can I do.

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.
Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

so according to the email the problem is from the reseller side and not Avast side, I went to that link to find the reseller but didn’t succeed to find it, any more help is greatly appreciated.

it is the same reseller from which I purchased the Avast Internet Security version last year and it worked fine, I don’t know what is the problem this time.
