Norton use before its not problem like same.
l want to quikly load system tray icon.

Just so you know, avast processes are running very early in system boot; the avast system tray icon is for access by you to the user interface and is not needed to protect your system. It is already running and protecting you long before that.
The avast icon is what allows you to view the status of the antivirus program and make changes to it.
A delay of two minutes (or more) in the system tray does not mean you do not have protection for those two or more minutes, if that is what is you are worried about.

Its probably nothing to do with AVAST at all, more likely an icon cache file issue, particularly if you have many icons on your desktop.
This might explain/help.
I suggest you just try rebuilding the icon cache first using the link in that article before messing around with the Registry hack described.

First, be sure to get rid of all remnants of your prior installed AV(s)…!!

Then:
- Download Avast Premier Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
- Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
- Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
- Reboot.
emrah_coo: follow Asyn’s advice because having another AV on your PC is one of the most common causes of problems. It has always been made clear in AVAST install guides that any prior used AV should be fully uninstalled before installing AVAST. Understandably if your English is not that good you might not have realised that.
With Asyn helpfully identifying that the presence of another AV (Norton :() is probably the cause of the problem the following will likely be redundant but I’ll add this anyway as it still might useful.
Try using the Windows Task Manager. Find the Services and Processes entry for AVAST and check what the priority has been given to AVAST. In Services if you right click AVAST you can check its Startup status. It should be set to Automatic but there is also an option for Automatic (delayed). Make sure that hasn’t been accidentally selected.
You could check in AVAST Settings for the same thing. In Troubleshooting see it the box to load AVAST services only after loading other services has been accidentally ticked.
Assuming it has not been removed as an option by the latest version if the AVAST icon is animated normally go to AVAST Settings > Basic and under Appearance turn off the animation whilst scanning option.
I doubt any of this will solve the problem but in the absence of other advice worth checking/trying anyway.

On my system, the Avast tray icon is one of the last icons to appear.
The protection starts early but the tray icon is slow to appear. Not anything to worry about.
