:(Hi, totally new to this forum and wonder if anyone can help before I pull the rest of my hair out.
I purchased Avast Premier for my laptop. As I hardly ever use it I decided that I wasn’t going to renew on the 21st November this year but now I can’t find anyway to put a stop to the auto renewal. Any emails they sent me with a licence number etc have probably ended up in my Spam Folder so I have no way of putting a stop to the renewal, I can’t even find a licence number! Also as last year was really stressful I can’t for the life of me remember if I purchased it in 2014 or the year before and the renewal sneaked past me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated … thanks in advance!
Brendanne.

How to disable the auto-renewal has been explained many times already.

Login and you can change it there.
I appreciate your reply, you’ll have to forgive me I’m 62 lol.
I’ve already come across the link you gave but unfortunately I cannot find my order number, can’t even remember receiving one otherwise I would have put it into my Safety Box Folder in Yahoo.
I have since done some searching and found out I purchased it on the 21/11/14 via Paypay and it was a Nexway payment
I’m older then 62 and look at it as YOUNG

:)Thanks so much for that, I’ll try that next, it’s a flaming minefield all this, think I’ll just stick with free software next time around. Will let you know if it works x
Sorry, the page is telling me that my email does not exist :-\ and ideas :-*

I’ve cancelled your auto-renewal

When people ask how old you are, just say “I can’t tell you because I am not old”. ;D
