In 2017 I purchased a premier licence for my laptop. Recently received a highly discounted offer to re-join as my license had expired. It had not expired but I had neglected to check into my online account until then. When I did yesterday, although it acknowledged my laptop did have a valid licence but when I looked in the licenses section there was no mention of it
Hi, I’m encountering the same problem. I just bought Avast Premier today and created/logged in here in my PC. Then I decided to login to the my.avast page and it shows blank devices and licenses. Hoping to get some help too.
Bought directly from the program. Under My Licenses then I upgraded my free trial version. Although I bought the license before I created a my.avast account.
