Hi,
I have a customers computer who has your top product Avast Premier.
I have removed the Australian AFP Virus 2 times successfully but he has
now been infected a third time.
Any reason why your antivirus software is not stopping this threat?
Should I tell him to purchase a different Antivirus seeing as yours does
not work?
“java” is the problem… uninstall “java” and problem solved…
Yes, a java exploit is how its getting in, but what is Avast doing to stop this.
My customer is paying good money for this Antivirus and its not doing its job.
Any reason why your antivirus software is not stopping this threat? No security program have 100% detection, and the bad guys release new versions every day.
microcomp, i don’t know but i believe that most av-programs fail to flag java-exploit-kits in realtime… i suppose that some av-programs do flag them in realtime, but i don’t know which ones do and which ones don’t…
