So, in July I got a new computer and got McAfee protection. Since I was also able to extend it to my brothers laptop, which previously had Avast Premier, I cancelled the subscription of Avast premier that I had on it, which was set to expire a week or two later anyways. The date for it to actually expire and go back to standard came and went and I’ve noticed that his computer still has avast premier, and is set to expire a year from the expiration date, as if it renewed. Is there something that I’m missing or should I be asking for a refund? I have the emails to prove that I cancelled automatic renewal, so I’m just confused as to why it would renew premier for another year.

He didn’t have two, he’s just had Avast because he, 1. is always on his computer, and 2. felt like avast was enough, but I finally got his computer after he went to school, figuring I could take care of it. Older sisters have their ways But when I went to look through avast and uninstall it, I saw it still said premier, thus posting on here wondering if this was something that happened for reasons I was unaware of.
Anyways, thanks! I’ll see what support has to say about it.
2. felt like avast was enough,it is ... never install more then one AV
