Avast Premier shield is wrongly blocking access to page

Hi,

  1. I’ve purchased a licence to Avast Premier (licened for alonsenderovitz@gmail.com) and for some reason I’m getting annoying popups about problem with the certificate of the website https://www.patreon.com/ (see screenshot - http://clients.mcgroup.co.il/tmp/avast.png).
Nothing is wrong with the website’s certificate and no blocking is actually performed by avast, as you can see - the certificate details on chrome shows that the website identify was approved by Avast!.
So why am I getting those warnings? It’s not the first time this problem happens, sometimes I actually need to disable avasnt in order to be able to browse on legitimate websites and not get blocked for no actual reason.

  2. Furthermore, I was unable to submit a ticket about the problem above - The crappy tickets system doesn’t work and won’t create the ticket!

Thanks,
Alon

What is wrong the cert is ratified ?

Not sure I understand. There’s nothing wrong with the certificate AFAIK, but Avast shows notification that the certificate has been revoked (take a look on the bottom right side of the screenshot)

Unsigned records here http://www.nabber.org/projects/dnscheck/?domain=patreon.com
Linux/Ubuntu servers are outdated and should be updated.
Blacklisted here http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/patreon.com.html and here http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/104.20.16.49.html
Found clean on several others.

FYI, I had no problems accessing the website and I did not get any pop-ups.

Use https://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles

Seems OK here
