Hello, I have Avast Premium Security 19.7.2388. Every day after I turn my PC on I see this in bottom right corner of screen. Why?
Sorry, I don’t speak your language, could you translate it…?
It says that is activating advanced security functions and I should not turn off computer.
Hmmm, my best guess would be that it’s migrating your license.
Every day? For whole week?
Repair Avast:
- Avast GUI → Settings → Troubleshooting
- Click on ‘REPAIR APP’.
- Follow instructions.
- Reboot.
My license status show this.
Did you try the repair yet…?
Yes, I will see result tomorow.
OK, report back.
I have the same problem.
I have license for avast internet security. It was transformed into Avast Premium Security.
I have executed “Repair App”. I have rebooted the computer.
The same problem: “The computer displays Your Avast is activating advanced security features. Do not turn off your computer”
Maybe i have to wait a month, a year … I think. But what if I cannot do that?
Please mister Asyn, you have already helped me! I am sure You will help me.
Avast Premium Security version: 19.7.2388 (build 19.7.4674.522)
OS: Windows 7 Professional. Avast Cleanup Premium installed.
PS. Must I pay some money for that? Please, specify this clearly!
The upgrade to Avast Premium is free if you’ve a valid license. (Cleanup isn’t included, though)

Many words … please excuse me!
Well, this is what started the whole thing: (See attached below)
Prerequisite was the voluntary upgrade to Avast Premium Security —
NOTE: These two boxes showed up on a secondary administrative account 3 days after the first one updated AIS to ASP. Obviously, the secondary admin account is not used everyday, so.
[EDIT:] IF users are shutting down their Win 10 systems they shouldn’t do that when avast calls for a restart. Due to advanced hibernation settings in Win 10, a shutdown is not really a full system shutdown (power off) but is instead a state whereby data is written to the hard drive to enhance system startup the next time the user “turns his/her system back on”.
Do a restart instead or change the Win 10 settings for a system shutdown from the default settings.
MChain, thanks for explanation!
But, what can we do for resolving persisting window problem?
Have you done a system Restart? Not a shutdown and startup.

Thanks Bob for your reply!
I restarted by computer.
It seems to be OK, …, but I will wait … what’s happening this evening at 19:00.
You’re welcome. Did that fix your problem? Thanks
Like I said, I will wait until 7 PM when (I don’t know why) the window appears. Maybe, it will not appear again. I hope sincerly.
Thanks again!
PS. Joke - In this forum I am only a Junior Member. My age is 70. Irronic, isn’t?
UPDATE: 18:48 It started again. Interesting?
Too many advanced features for my age?
I hope that it will be not necessary to clear avast, reinstall avast etc. etc.
