Hi,

Can you please attach a screenshot of the message indicating that Avast is blocking it?
Please see this article on how to generate a screenshot. https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Create-screenshot

not possible because its going to fast to capture a screenshot from the problem!

Is your Avast firewall set to Private?

yes it is set to “private network”
???

Hi,

If you can not capture a screenshot, can you clarify what indication there is that Avast causes the issue?
If you are not sure, I would suggest that you temporarily disable Avast Shields control (Right-click on the Avast Antivirus icon in the system tray > click on Avast Shields Control > select an option).
https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Antivirus-shield-settings/
Please let me know if you notice any difference. If you do, then enable the individual shields one by one. This could give us an indication of what is causing this issue.

Is there an easy way to startup one process at a time?
