Avast Premium Security for 10 devices from 05/05/2021

Hi folks!
I am the user Avast Premium Security for 10 devices from 05/05/2021. My recent order number #1991979084439 is indicated in my user name on the forum.
I spent a lot of time in a chat with the Avast Customer Care support service, but I could not get an clear answer to the following questions.

  1. Why did Avast Security Premium subscription suddenly cancel, which I bought for a year in June 4, 2023
  2. Why Avast Premium Security can’t connect to the Internet to update antivirus bases?
  3. Why is the loss of sensitive data by Avast Premium Security estimated at the price of an annual subscription?
    AVAST Customer Care - make all question on my side.
    P.S. 4. Why does Avast Premium Security show the zero version of its bases?
