I am the user Avast Premium Security for 10 devices from 05/05/2021. My recent order number #1991979084439 is indicated in my user name on the forum.
I spent a lot of time in a chat with the Avast Customer Care support service, but I could not get an clear answer to the following questions.
- Why did Avast Security Premium subscription suddenly cancel, which I bought for a year in June 4, 2023
- Why Avast Premium Security can’t connect to the Internet to update antivirus bases?
- Why is the loss of sensitive data by Avast Premium Security estimated at the price of an annual subscription?
AVAST Customer Care - make all question on my side.
P.S. 4. Why does Avast Premium Security show the zero version of its bases?
