Avast Premium Security frequent message pop-up

“No Problems Found on the Network”
How do I control the frequency this message pops up? It is interruptive and annoying. I expect not to have a problem and would rather it inform me when there is a problem.

Are you running a Smart Scan as that at the end of the scan offers paid products for what it considers weaknesses in your protection. Of course these are paid products. I have been using Avast Antivirus for Windows (Free version) for over 20 years and never found the need for these additions.
