Thought I would try the 60 day trial of avast pro but it will not activate with the serial I have been given.
If I try inserting the serial number manually into the free avast or avast pro 30 day trial, I get this message “The downloaded license is not valid for the installed product”

But this license is to give me a 60 day trial, only the included 30 day trial is running.
Did you run a trial version before…!? (You can’t do that endlessly. ;))
There is only a 30 day trial.

There was such an offer lately.
“A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away…”, avast have 60 day trial, now only 30.

Quick update.
After many hours, my avast account now shows I have a license for two months. Downloaded the license file and avast pro activated instantly.
My two month trial is now working fine
