Avast Pro Antivirus 2015 - Display License Bug.

Good day, there’s my problem : Since I have updated my avast software to the version : 2015.10.2.2214 When I right click on the avast Icon on the notification area (Windows 7) even if I pass by Avast - Settings - Registration nothing show up and Avast just crash then it restart and I have 2 AvastUI.exe in my Windows Task Manager, there’s a little screenshot of what it looks, sorry it’s in french because i’m french and so does my computer XD : https://www.dropbox.com/s/ogzuadq7l2lzri4/Capture%202.JPG?dl=0. Perform a clean installation of the latest avast version.

  • Uninstall from control panel
  • Run the uninstall tool
  • Reboot
  • Install avast
  • This is a known bug with the shop and subscription tabs in the paid versions, that Avast! has to fix :

  • The two instances of AvastUI.exe in Windows Task Manager is as it is designed.

Yes, the problem is fixed :slight_smile:

And in the upcomming release that we are Beta testing now, there will be one AvastUI.exe in Windows Task Manager by design again.
