Good day, there’s my problem : Since I have updated my avast software to the version : 2015.10.2.2214 When I right click on the avast Icon on the notification area (Windows 7) even if I pass by Avast - Settings - Registration nothing show up and Avast just crash then it restart and I have 2 AvastUI.exe in my Windows Task Manager, there’s a little screenshot of what it looks, sorry it’s in french because i’m french and so does my computer XD : https://www.dropbox.com/s/ogzuadq7l2lzri4/Capture%202.JPG?dl=0. Perform a clean installation of the latest avast version.
- Uninstall from control panel
- Run the uninstall tool
- Reboot
- Install avast
- This is a known bug with the shop and subscription tabs in the paid versions, that Avast! has to fix :

- The two instances of AvastUI.exe in Windows Task Manager is as it is designed.

Yes, the problem is fixed
And in the upcomming release that we are Beta testing now, there will be one AvastUI.exe in Windows Task Manager by design again.
