Well avast free is for home users with virus and spyware Protection
The pro is for even more protection than the free one
And the internet suit is for protection against hackers and thieves of the net
So for be more clear.
avast! Free = Anti virus for the home user that do surf some time in internet,email and do p2p
avast! Pro = Anti virus for any users that is surfing alot on web and for who surf in porn website and other thing like that…
avast! Suite = Users who do banking,online shopping and surf in high risk website,email and do p2p…
So for we help you we need to know what they do online. Does they go to porn or does they do banking… ?

do u think the Free one is enough to protect them while i’m away for more than a year! loool

i have Avast 4.8 pro right now
and i’m having alot of problems cuz of it
one of them large memory usage & my system is slow cuz of it
that’s why i want to install a new version of Avast!
My Notebook:
Intel Mobile 2.2 GHz - 512MB of Ram - Win XP-SP3
don’t u think it’s better to buy Avast Internet Security to disable win firewall for more protect?
So you got avast! Pro legally ? If yes then you could have 5.0 Pro for free if im not wrong.
Also do u travel with your notebook or its alway in your home and you dont move it ?

But before installing the avast 5.0 use this tool to make a clean removal of avast :

If you are using the free you can register it after you’ve install the avast 5.

Or else uninstall it via control panel the restart go to safe mode then run the uninstaller tool
