Try avast repair
Controlpanel > ad/remove programs > avast > uninstall/change > repair option … wait a minute and reboot
It seems right-to-left interface is bugged so that the buttons fall out of the left side boundaries of the popup. (these buttons are on the right side in ‘normal’ left-to-right languages)
