Avast Quick Scan caused Blue Screen?

I was running a quick scan on my other laptop (Little Gateway that runs Win 7 Starter) when I got the BSOD and it automatically restarted. I wasn’t sure Avast caused it until I tried to run the scan again and it did the same thing.

Here is the details of the first BSOD. Any ideas?

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\123012-19936-01.dmp
C:\Users\Ike\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-28236-0.sysdata.xml

Can you please upload the minidump file to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming ?
Thanks.

How do I do that?

Open the mentioned URL in Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer; just copy&paste the address into the location bar of the usual disk/folder window and wait a bit before it connects). Then drag&drop the minidump file onto the lower pane of that window (which will be empty, because there are no listing/read rights for that folder).
