So my avast internet security auto renewalled without me knowing it. After the 49,99 was taken from my account I started searching the emails I found all 3 after some time searching. It sayed i have to disable auto renewal but after i read this it was already to late. I only wanted to try the trial version. I send a ticket to avast. I didnt activate the license i accidently bought. Can someone help me out?

Before the auto-renewal takes place, avast sends 3(?) emails that it is upcoming giving you enough time to disable the auto-renewal if you wish to do so.
The emails werent in my inbox but in my spam folder.
Well, that is not something avast can do about.
It is always smart to check what is in the spam folder.
It wouldn’t be the first time a filter is placing a mail in the wrong folder.
I started looking in my spam folder from now on since this happen. I have sended my ticket to avast and explained it. I hope im not to late. De 49,99 was taken from me on the 17 of july in the week i was on vacation so i found it out a few days later. Does avast got a 30 days refund?
