So i was playing video games at around 22.50 and got an notification at 22.58 that i got charged 73E for avast and i have not been using it in a long time so this was really random i can’t even access the subscription not even an account that i can log in to support is ussles always asking for order id but i did not even get an email and thats really just bad like you can charge me 73e while i barley have anything.
Hi @ReneRyanZunic, I recommend that you contact support by following the steps below:
- Go to Contact Avast Support - Avast Phone Number, and Chat Support
- Select - Account & Billing - Billing Issues - Update billing information
- Click the “Get support” link at the bottom.
If you’re asked to enter your order number (which you don’t knon), just enter a bunch of zeros and explain your situation in the description.
