I have used Safe Zone a couple of times to Sign onto my Bank. The first logon, caused me to have to answer security questions, and also register my browser again, which was ok. What I did not realize was that I would have to do this each and every time I accessed my bank. When I accessed my Credit Card site, did not have to do this. It takes too much time to be doing this, as I access my Bank on a regular basis, so goodbye Safe Zone, I guess !
There is no more SafeZone in avast.
It has been replaced by the SafeZone Browser.

To all who responded: I was referring to the Safe Zone Browser, not Safe Zone in AVAST. Sorry for the confusion.
It just doesn’t seem to work well with XP. Takes forever to load, then sometimes you can get to the bookmarks saved from other browser, sometimes not. Couldn’t figure out how to get those bookmarks into favorites either. Also, it does not appear in Add/remove Programs so it can be uninstalled.
Perform a repair of avast and see if the problem is solve.
Reboot after the repair before checking.
If it did not solve the problem, perform a clean installation of the latest avast version.
I just installed 11.1.2245 a few days ago and the problem persists
Do as I suggested and see if the problem is solved or not.
