avast scam email

received the below email, never seen one trying to scam in avast name before so I thought I would report it, however you dont have any support email links or phishing email links to use to report things like this(that I could find anyway) , you might want to consider setting something like that up, its a bit annoying that you dont have one. having said that I have been using avast for a few years with very few complaints, (except for the google addon garbage during one install) keep up the good work

It is up to you if you install it or not. Perform a custom installation next time.

Hide or obfuscate your email unless you like spam.

the link you so kindly supplied has no email contact in it, just takes you to the ones I’ve already seen, thanks for trying tho…I was looking for something more like an email address, which doesnt seem to be there
and yes, custom install is nice, not having it set to default is even nicer, especially when I pay for the software, as a paying customer I kind of get to point out things like this if I choose to, and here I am, choosing to do so. if you work for Avast, then Id expect you to take it as feedback, if you dont, then its not meant for you, I dont pay you for this service, I pay Avast…

Use the ticket system, it will handle things through email.

Indeed you don’t pay me, but if you will feel free to do so. ;D

if you dont, then its not meant for you
Than you shouldn't have posted on a public webboard, but have used the ticket system or contact avast in another way directly. They are in the phone-book with name, address, phone number, email...
