avast scan reveals rootkits. What to do next?

Hi all,
I’ve just ran a scan on my laptop and avast detected 3 different rootkits

C:\Windows\System32\FsUsbExDevice.Dll C:\Windows\System32\FsUsbExDisk.Sys C:\Windows\System32\FsUsbExService.Exe

What should I do next? Move threat to chest/ delete/ repair?

Put them in the chest (quarantine them) and then upload the files to the virus lab for analysis, by right clicking each file in the chest and selecting send to virus labs
