Avast Secure Browser & Ad Block issues

Hi,
I am seeing problems here, firstly ad blocker is not working on youtube then when I look at the settings I get a partially blank page meaning I cannot change anything (see attachment)
I have reinstalled the browser but it did not change the issue.
This is on a windows 7 machine, I do not have the problem on my windows 10 machine.

Can anyone offer me some assistance on this point, I really would like to have my adblocker working again!

can you please share your Diagnostic information?

  1. Open the browser and click on the menu icon (3 dots in upright corner)
  2. Click on “Help and About Avast Secure Browser” and then “About Avast Secure Browser”
  3. Click on “Diagnostic Information” (this will open a pop-up window)
  4. Click the “COPY TO CLIPBOARD” button to… Show more
