Avast Secure Browser do not open

Obviously you didn’t read the instructions or you would have seen that this remark was directed at those uninstalling the Secure Browser.
What applied to you was the total removal tool:

Quite often if the programs wasn’t totally removed, it interferes with a new installation.
To answer your question, NO, I’m not dumb but if you’d prefer, I’ll stop trying to help you solve the problem.

Right now I have no new steps for your. We are trying to reproduce the issue, researching possible reasons and solution for this problem.
