I’m not able to use Video Downloader on any site including youtube. Not the case with the old version. Is there a way to go around this problem?

‘Old Version’? What was that version number and was it a standalone install?

New one is?

Hi, please can you send us some URL’s which do not work?

It works well on Youtube but sometimes there are channels which are not detected by our Video Downloader.

I’m having this problem, been fine for weeks then yesterday only allowed me to download 1 track video camera icon greyed out on all others, examples below

Not sure why its suddenly stopped working?

Thanks for checking I cant post a pic for some reason but if I click on the video downloader icon on the menu bar I get a box that states

"There are no videos to download on this page!

Your need to select the video then you’ll see the option to download that selection.

I also have the same trouble: The Video Downloader Icon does simply not appear, on no video. I tried already a deinstallation / reinstallation of the Avast Secure Browser and have the latest version 75.1.1528.101 (but it was the same on the previous version). Is there any news on this one?

The problem should be fixed by the next update. You aren’t alone with that problem.

My version :
Avast Secure Browser est à jour
Version 81.1.4223.139 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
Have you a solution to repair this problem punctually, waiting a version corrected for this problem ?

That’s a beta version you’re running. I have the current stable version, same as zpapiaud.

Well checking the ASB About Secure Browser on my installation, reports it is up to date I have the current stable version 81.1.4223.139 (official build) 64bit (same as zpapiaud).

I don’t use ASB as my default browser, I only have it to help with questions about ASB in the forums. So I haven’t really experienced this problem.
