When I go to the dashboard, it will not change from USA and therefore it does not recognise my mobile number. I am in Australia.
It will not proceed with me entering the information, past name and birthdate.
I have the same problem: I bought Avast Secure Identity but cannot install it. I phoned several times, but never got an Avast counsellor on the phone.

Hi You all, I purchased Avast Secure Identity aswell but could not activate it. It seems to be available in the USA only!
Therefor if you purchased it get in contact with Avast and ask for a refund. I did it and I got a refund after my chat with one of their agents. So it is worthwile to put in some effort.
