Internet without VPN works correctly. After a download of avast secure line who is ok a blue empty window appears. There is no info at all on this window. The only way to do something is to close this window. We have no support from avast even if you pay for the application. There is probably a bad script with the application.

I have the same problem since 2 days ago. I use High Sierra. I downloaded the avast secure line software again and it first said it could not install the software on my computer. Another try and then it “successfully” installed it. However I still got a blue screen
Same here! I have exactly the same problem. I entered a case with avast support more than 2 weeks ago and the case is now with level 2 support. None has yet given a sign of existence… I recontacted the support desk, and the answer is… “they will contact you very soon”… which is laughable after more than two weeks waiting..

any updates/ETA from Avast support for this topic or possible workaround to use VPN with High Sierra macOS ?
