Hi, first time posting here. I bought and installed the Avast Ultimate bundle (Premium Security, SecureLine VPN, AntiTrack and Cleanup Premium) a couple of weeks back after using free versions of not as popular or thorough security software for too many years.
Anyways I ran, or at least I tried to run, SecureLine VPN this morning to see if it was doing what it is supposed to be doing. I read the instructions, so there wouldn’t be any mistakes. In the instructions it says “your virtual IP address is displayed on the main application screen.” I was then to go a a webpage where I could see if the two IP addresses matched. Well, I didn’t get that far. When I went to the main application screen there was nothing about my virtual IP address there. Screenshot enclosed. Does anyone know what happened and more importantly, how to fix this so it’ll work correctly the next time I try this? Thanks in advance.
