avast secureline vpn not working

Can any one help?
For one week now I have not been able to use my vpn.
Technical issues?
I log in to Melbourne, Australia.

What happens if you try one of the other servers ?
Are you getting any error message ?
What does the log file say ?

Went in thru my Tools to Secure VPN and changed location.
Funny but still logged up to Melbourne!

Perhaps there was a little problem with the server there.
It can happen.
Anyway it is working again and that is what matters :wink:

I’ve got the same problem, but am trying different countries, but still no luck.

How do I generate a log file?

Secureline is not working. I’ve submitted tickets without response. One a week ago, and one today. I continue to get the message “failed restoration of subscriptions, please try again later.” When I hit the back button on my phone it gives me an “initialization error.” I’ve uninstalled it from my phone and reinstalled it. Cleared the cache… you name it. I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work and customer support is not helping. Not pleased.

I to have the same problem and I have installed it and reinstalled the software . When I do that it works once and that is it it will not connect to any other servers and there is no errors on screen it just will not connect. Now I paid for this software that does not work and I want a refund but if you don’t give me my money back I will dump the lot and make sure your name is all over FACEBOOK & TWITTER for bad service. I am not asking too much just for the software that I paid for to work.

after submitting a ticket you should have patience.
Each time you submit a new ticket, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack which will make you have to wait longer. (FiFo)
