It has now been 24 days since I submitted a ticket for a refund and my ticket has been in “Being Processed” status this entire time. It is now approaching the 30 day deadline and I have yet to receive a refund

Could someone please take a look at my ticket number so i can receive my refund?

There is no 30 day deadline for handling tickets, only for asking for a refund.

You have 30 days after the purchase to ask for a refund.
When avast handles it doesn’t matter.
Only thing that matters are the date of purchase and the date you asked for a refund.
