AVAST will not allow me to log into my account to discontinue my auto payment. It states I am using the wrong password, but when I ask for password help it doesn’t show me a password. Interestingly enough, it accepted my password when I came into the forum!! When I try to call the phone number they give for assistance all I get is a busy signal, which indicates to me there is either someone talking to their BFF a LOT or there are a lot of other disgruntled customers.
