Tickets are typically processed in 7-10 (Business) days however I’m reading they are working to catch up after the holiday upheaval.
It’s been only 7 business days since you submitted so it should be very soon.
NOTE:Submitting multiple tickets or adding too/amending your existing ticket will put you to the back of the line.

It is now 16 days and no reply. I want to purchase a license and this is becoming an unacceptable time to wait.
Hi it’s unfortunate that the wait time is so extreme. Obviously Avast has not caught up from Holiday season.
Jan 17th till now has been 12 BUSINESS days. If nothing by the end of the week post back and I’ll try to attract some attention.
