Avast security has stopped my access to abc iview and sbs iview how can i get an exclusion to watch my shows?

my access to abc iview and sbsiview is blocked by my avast security anti tracking devices,i need exclusion for these?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I don’t use Avast One which has a VPN.

How has it stopped it ?
Avast alert, error message or the page doesn’t load ?
Are you using the VPN in Avast One as some sites actively try to block VPNs
