when my automatic update tries to update, i get the following message
“Found 1 risk
Virus definitions outdated
You should keep your virus definitions up to date, as new threats appear every day”
When I click “Resolve” i get “Updating virus definitions” and then seconds later
“Virus definitions update failed, Check your connection to the internet”.
Well, i am connected via WiFi and ADSL, and my server is NOT down, and I’m managing to update all my other apps, and I am browsing at normal speed on both WiFi and ADSL.
i’ve never had this issue before.
I have tried to uninstall Avast but it won’t. It tells me I can’t because all my other apps etc will be affected.
I have successfully update via WiFi on my tablet and my other phone, no problem. However my 2nd phone will only let me update with mobile data and NOT through WiFi. This is a new problem never experienced on Avast in the past few years…
What’s the problem?
