Hi everyone, Just got a new laptop Medion entry level gaming laptop (windows 10), tried to install avast internet security however the avast service and firewall service will not start. Error code 1068. the dependent services are running and have in there dependencies the avast service. Once i do a restart the laptop goes into diagnostic mode as it can not start. I then have to do a restore. Can anyone help
Did your computer come with a preinstalled AV from factory?
If so, was it removed according to vendors instructions using a removal tool before installing avast?

It came with Mcafee i uninstalled it using its uninstall GUI first
