Avast stopping E Mails from Ebay

Avast is stopping and deleting E Mails from Ebay support, I keep getting a message about ‘whitespace’ then it deletes the E Mail, is there any way to stop this ?

Left click the Avast icon - select internet mail - select customise - select heuristics - move the slider to custom - click the customize button - on whitespace sequence either deselect or increase the number from 5. Try that and let us know 8) welcome 8)
