Every time i try to run a quick scan my avast suddenly stops working and gives me this message…
- Which Avast…? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version…?
- OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
- Other security related software installed…?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?
I’m also facing this issue and after many install and uninstall problem is not solved. I have avast premier latest version
Please help my computer main defence is not working I want my computer safe but AV is down after few minutes.

- attach FRST diagnostic logs and let somone take a peek inside
- submit a support ticket and contact avast
- find a AV that work
I want to contact Avast but their support team response time is so slow via mail and International call rates are so high. I have to dump my avast license :-[
