Avast Subscription and GUI

Hi there,
I’ve been running Fedora for years along with ESET Nod32 as antivirus, but it has a very big flaw: no real time scan, which Avast seems to have.
On Windows, I’ve been a loyal Avast user ever since 2010 and I still have an Avast Premier subscription:

I would like to switch to Avast on Linux as well and ditch Nod32, however I’m concerned about one important thing: it seems that Avast on Linux doesn’t have a GUI, why?
Is it possible to run a GUI on Linux just like the one I’m so used to on Windows?
On top of that, is the subscription different every time? Can’t I use a single subscription for Linux and Windows devices?

Hi, we don’t have any desktop version of Avast Antivirus for Linux. The “Avast Business” version doesn’t have any GUI and targets mainly servers.
