I purchased the Avast Security PRO, in February, for 1 year.
I’ve only just noticed that it hasn’t been applied to my account?
I’ve got the email from Google Play to say that I bought it, but whatever I do (following Avast’s tips) it will not activate.
I’ve emailed Avast twice but nobody seems interested in getting back to me
Ok, I’ve Tweeted, commented on the app, emailed Avast twice, emailed Google, and followed advice on the Avast website, and on this Forum.
I’m afraid to say that nothing I’ve tried will work, and I’ve had absolutely no response from anyone at Avast >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
I’ve now opened a dispute with PayPal, so hopefully I might at least get my money back.
