Avast subscriptions showing up in the desktop app but not in the account online.

i’ve had a problem, my avast subscriptions show up in my desktop app. I have a subscription for (Avast premium security) and (Avast AnitTrack) but these subscriptions dont show u in my account.

whenever i log in to the avast acount via https://account.avast.com my subscriptions are not shown however in my desktop app i do have them. I’ve tried evrything in the https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/88/#pc FAQ link but none of these work. I also did not get the confirmation email of the purchase in the mail i put for confirmation which it is liked to my account.

What do i do? if i want to cancel a subscription or how can i get my subscrictions to my account?

I take it you used an activation code and not your email address to activate the application (hence you can see the subscription).
Or perhaps you used a different email address for the subscription. I would suggest that you contact Avast Sales support. https://support.avast.com/contact/sales_other_general
