They tried to charge my credit card without authorization. I cannot sent them message to IT department as page is not found! Extremely disappointing in this brand. Never use it again. Tryng to cancel renewal also password is not coming to my email. I want them to contact me immediately.
It is not “without authorization”
Somehow, somewhere , buried deep inside the process, you gave them authorization to charge you or, at best you did not say “no”
This is typical for Avast!, and many complained about that.
