Avast Ultimate Suite Purchased but not showing up on my account

I have purchased the Avast Ultimate Suite (5th July 2024 for 10 Devices and 1 Year Subscription for Avast from another outsource) and I have entered the activation code which shows up as installed on my Free Antivirus Dashboard App (this is for Avast Premium Security, Secure VPN, Clean up Premium, Anti-track Premium and Update Driver). The problem I have is when I go to use each app that’s listed in the bundle that I have purchased, it is asking me to pay again to use the services. Plus there is no listing on my subscription page on my Avast account online even though these services are used on the Avast platform. So I need to know that I am fully protected and if this issue can be rectified?
