I’ve not had any issues until the last few days when I was constantly getting notice that my home network was “not trusted” and wanting me to turn on the VPN, and then my ethernet connection stopped working. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi, eventually, but only after rebooting my system. I thought perhaps my gigabit ethernet adapter was bad (which was also using a USB plug to go through a hub), so I ordered a new adapter (TP-Link, same as old one), but with C plug to go directly into the computer. It connected at first, but then I got the VPN notice and it turned off. THEN I was unable to even connect to my Wi-Fi, and again, had to reboot the computer to get Wi-Fi connection again. This all just started over the last week, so I’m wondering if there was an update that started all of this. My internet provider is coming in the morning to check my ethernet connection to see if there’s an issue there. But after reading some of the other comments having to do with the Wintun adapter, I’m thinking this may be a software issue instead. Any help would be much appreciated.
