Hi,
I bought Avast protection for £19.99 about two weeks ago. Because I had a problem with my laptop and could not install/reinstall avast at all ( many other programs could not be installed as well ), I bought a new laptop, installed avast, logged in to my avast account and … just realised that my current avast is still free version, and that I never got any verify code to register my upgraded version.
Could anybody explain me how can I get my verify code ? The only proof I got is my payment confirmation from PayPal.
by verify code I mean Activation Code

I just tried to resend my activation code:
Dear customer,
we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.
I never use any other email for things like that, and as I mensioned the only proof I have is a proof of payment from PayPal
